Julianne to star in ‘Pippa Lee’ - 2007-11-14
Julianne Moor has signed up to star in a new comedy/drama titled ‘The Private Lives of Pippa Lee’. The movie revolves around an obedient wife whose husband has a crush on younger woman, freeing her to explore her buried sensuality and leading to a very quiet nervous breakdown, according to Variety. Other actors set to star in the movie include Winona Ryder and Robin Wright Penn. Directed by Rebecca Miller, principal photography is scheduled t to begin in April.
Julianne’s release a children book - 2007-09-25
Julianne Moore gears up for the launching of the children's book she wrote. The actress, inspired on her own childhood, penned 'Freckleface Strawberry.' The story is about a girl who is afflicted with her appearance. Moore recalls how her tormentors intimidate her that she makes up to wear a ski mask to school, before eventually realizing everyone is unique and different. "You look dirty" and "Can I smell them?" are phrases the red hair star used to hear. 'Freckleface Strawberry' will be on the streets from September 19.

Julianne Moore is currently in Toronto for the filming of Blindness. Directed by Brazillian Fernando Meirelles (The Constant Gardener), the movie also starred by Gael Garcia Bernal, revolves around a woman who becomes the only person who is able to see in a town where everyone is struck of sudden blindness.
